I am excited to be able to participate in this blog party. Everyone can always use some online friends!
My husband and I live in South Texas with our little girl. He is a school teacher and I am a stay at home mom/photographer on the weekends. My business Joyous Moments Photography keeps me sane most of the time.
I have four main areas that I focus on in my blog.
Arts and Crafts- I love to craft and almost always share how to make my creations. They are usually fun, easy and include only easy sewing because I like to make crafts that anyone could attempt.
Tasty Tuesdays- Every Tuesday, I share my husband and I's favorite recipes. Some are from our moms and some we have made up. I am lucky enough to have a husband that loves to cook. He use to just be OK at it but somewhere in the last couple years or so, he really became willing to experiment and is now absolutely amazing. We are equals in the kitchen which is so much fun! I definitely do the baking in the house and he definitely does the chopping as I am a bit accident prone.
Reviews- I love to read and to watch movies. I usually review both. I do what I call Redbox Reviews which are reviews to tell you whether or not a recently released movie is worth your dollar at the Redbox.
Photo Thursdays- Every Thursday, I share a tip. Most of the time it is editing your photos. I try and do my tips in Picasa or another free program so that ANYONE can recreate them. I am always willing to answer questions and help you figure out your photos.
Every now and then I throw small bits of my family in there but I actually have a whole separate blog for them, so they aren't the primary focus of this blog. Although, they are always involved in everything I do.
