Tasty Tuesdays- Crab Salad


16 Oz of imitation crab meat (You could probably use the real thing, but my husband teaches middle school, so we use the imitation stuff)
1/2 cup celery
1 tomato cubed
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/2 cub shredded lettuce
1 cup mayo
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all the solid ingredients, then work in mayo and seasonings. Chill. Preferably for 30-60 minutes before you serve. This is one salad that is definitely better cold.

We love to serve these on buns for crab salad sandwiches. This is delicious served with fresh tomatoes and pickles. Yum.
