Tasty Tuesdays- Better than ... cake
You will need:
a chocolate cake, you can make it from scratch or go the simple way and use a box. I usually use a box. After you cake is done, make long cuts into it, something like this.
1/4-1/2 cup of caramel ice cream topping depending on how much you like your caramel.
crushed candy bars, most people use Butterfingers, I use Heath pieces because my little girl is allergic to peanuts
Mix your sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping together. Pour over your cake and allow time for it to sink in. I gave mine about 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes cover the cake in whipped topping and then top with your crushed candy bars. Resist the temptation to eat the entire pan just because you can.
