I used to have the best eater in the world. Seriously, the kid would eat anything. Brussels sprouts, quinoa, plain oatmeal. You name it, she would eat it. Then came a month of unavoidable events in our family last year. It was a month of stress, pain and thus convenience foods. Now if it doesn't come in a box and say fruit snacks or Pop-Tarts on it, she wants nothing to do with it.
I am always looking for something healthy she will put in her mouth and these "ice cream bites" as we call them in our house are a perfect answer. She loves them and I love that she is eating them. They are easy and affordable to make.

Yogurt, I use either strawberry or Greek yogurt.
