Disney on Ice Rockin' Ever After

Disney on Ice is one of our favorite Grandma outings of the year, and last night's Rockin' Ever After was absolutely no exception. Honestly, we have been to other Disney on Ice shows that featured some of the same princesses, so I was expecting some repeats, but there weren't any. Even though the shows featured the same princesses, they were completely different. I loved how this year's Disney on Ice really focused on the music and the special effects were amazing.
I wish I could have take a picture of my daughter's face during The Little Mermaid section, especially the aerial stunts when Ariel is swimming to the surface after getting her legs. The ice skater was so graceful in the air, that my daughter was completely open-mouthed the whole time.
Our little group at Disney on Ice this year, my mom and I with our Little Merida and a Little Anna.
This picture from the Brave segment, is probably my favorite picture from the night. It captures Merida's personality so well. My daughter loved seeing Merida on ice for the first time and her favorite part of the night was the fireworks that accompanied any time Merida shot an arrow.

We look forward to Disney on Ice every year. It is a fabulous way to bring the Disney magic to your family without having to travel all the way to California or Florida. There is still time to check out Rockin' Ever After while it is still in Salt Lake City.
