Berry Lemonade Pie
I am a big fan of lemonade pie. It is creamy and full of summery fun flavors. It makes me want to grab a blanket and read outside while I enjoy it. I have always made this pie using pink lemonade and while it is good, I LOVE it with the Country Time Berry Lemonade, it just adds something extra summery to the flavor.
The absolute best thing about this pie is how fast and easy it is to prepare. All you need is three ingredients and you have a WOW worthy recipe.
You will need:
- Half Gallon of Vanilla
- Country Time Berry Lemonade Starter
- Graham Cracker Crust (You can make your own if you want to use more than three ingredients)
Scoop the ice cream into the bowl for your mixer or another large bowl you can use a hand mixer in. I like to open the box of the ice cream and then slice it into chunks because it is faster than scooping. Make sure you don’t put the entire box of ice cream in one chunk because it has the potential to fly everywhere. Add about three-fourths of the container of Country Time Berry Lemonade Starter, I found mine at Walmart. I like to refrigerate the lemonade beforehand to make it easier to combine, but it isn’t necessary. Mix the two ingredients together on low until they have a well mixed creamy texture.
Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust. You make have some extra. Smooth the mixture down with a spatula. Return the pie the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour to help it set up. Slice the pie and serve immediately.
The really fun thing is that you can great this pie in any of the new three flavors by Country Time. There is Berry Lemonade, Lemonade and Half Lemonade, Half Iced Tea.
