- 1 cup Key Lime Greek Yogurt
- 2 Bananas, peeled, sliced and then frozen
- 3/4 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
- a graham cracker
- light whipped cream (omit this if you are going for super healthy)
Add the frozen slices of banana, almond milk, yogurt, a small handful of ice to your blender and blend until smooth. Top it with light whipped cream and a graham cracker, but when I am going for a really light treat I omit this step.
This is the perfect treat when you are looking for something sweet but you don't want to break the calorie bank!
