You will need:
- a onesie ( I used pink, but use whatever color you want)
- contrasting heat transfer ( I used blue, but if you use a blue onesie consider silver or gold)
- an iron
- a Cricut or other way to cut the vinyl
To make this shirt, head over to the Explore site and select the great big blue, Create a New Project button.
I did a Google image shirt for the Doctor Who logo, you can find my search here. Download the image you think works best for your onesie. Upload it to Cricut Design Space by selecting the upload image button. Your image should be pretty simple so select the simple image button. Make sure only the logo and no surrounding white space is selected and then insert it into your post. Add your words to the bottom of the logo. My entire image is 6 inches tall and about four inches wide for a 6-9 month onesie.
After you cut the words, weed out the negative part and then you are ready to apply it to your onesie. Make sure your onesie it prewashed before you iron on to it. It helps the design to last longer.
Place the carrier sheet, vinyl side down onto the shirt and then iron straight onto the plastic carrier sheet, making sure all of the areas of the word get high heat for 30 seconds.
Start to peel the plastic off the onesie and if any letters pull up, make sure they are covered with the plastic and iron that part again until all parts of the letters are firmly melted into the shirt.
