A little while ago, my sister found out that one of her little boys is allergic to all things dairy. They tried just changing his diet, but he still go his hands on the dairy-laden food. In an effort to help her little boy, my sister decided to take her entire family completely dairy free, so this post today is dedicated to her and her efforts.
