Out of all the Valentine’s we designed for this year, this one is my favorite. Why? Because every single part of it is useful, from the book the kids can color in to the paper valentine itself, nothing needs to be thrown away. The best part? If you want, you can give the valentine by itself without anything else, because who doesn’t need a extra bookmark?

Print the valentines on card stock (this will give them added durability) and then cut them out. Have your child address them on the back of the bookmark. Punch a hole near the top of each valentine. Take a small length of ribbon, about 2 inches and fold it in half to make a loop. Put both ends of the ribbon through the hole and then loop it back over the top of the card and through the loop created by the ribbon. Gently pull tight.
