Bunny Pudding Pies

My little girls are so delighted when I make their food cute, that it is hard to not come up with something cute for each meal. This little bunny pies are a favorite Easter dessert and they get major bonus points for being so simple to make! No baking required.

You will need:

  • Small Pie Crusts
  • Vanilla Pudding
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Large Marshmallows
  • Pink Sprinkles
  • Pink Sixlets
  • Wilton Black Sparkle Gel

Fill your pie crusts with the vanilla pudding and top with a small handful of shredded coconut to make the bunny “furry.”

Cut the marshmallows in half on a diagonal to form the ear. Dip the now stick part into pink sprinkles to make the ears. Nestle them into the top of the pudding.

Add two chocolate chips upside down for eyes and a pink sixlet for the nose.

Use the gel to add whiskers to each side of the nose and you have a darling little bunny that is almost too cute to eat!

Those are really cute indeed and I can see my daughter just devouring these. This year I'll probably just order some stuff since I don't have the time to bake anything.
