These easiest garlic knots are our take on the amazing knots from our favorite pizza place, they get major bonus points for being so easy too.
Easiest Garlic Knots
My husband and I love going out to eat. For years we have just taken our older daughter with us even to very nice restaurants. It has never been a big deal and she has always been well behaved. When our second daughter came along, suddenly we realized how hard it was to take multiple kids to a restaurant, even if they are behaving. We have gone out less and less over the last couple of years, so instead we have started trying to make our favorites at home. These garlic knots are our take on the amazing knots from our favorite pizza place, they get major bonus points for being so easy too.
You will need:
- a small can of refrigerated biscuits
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
- 2 tablespoon freshly grated Stella Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Roll out each biscuit into what my 6-year-old calls a biscuit snake. š
Tie each biscuit into a simple knot.
Melt the butter and then whisk in the spices.
Grate the fresh Stella Parmesan very finely.
Add the Parmesan to the butter and whisk everything together. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place the Garlic Knots on it. Brush each Garlic Know with the mixture, making sure each one gets cheese on it as well. Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the knots are golden brown.
Serve the knots with pasta, wings or any of your favorite meals. They go with everything and they are so good!
