Lots of Beef Stroganoffs made and eaten, but none of them in slow cooker. I should give your recipe a try. I bet apple juice would give it extra yummy flavor.

I love summer, but I'm ready for comforting cold weather food. Beef stroganoff sounds like the perfect meal to warm your belly on a cold day.

Yum, I have never tried stroganoff in the crockpot! Once this weather cools down I will be trying it for sure though – anything that can go in the crockpot is good in my books 🙂

This has always been a favorite dinner of mine, but I've never made it in the crock pot. I'm trying to use my cooker more than ever this year to allow for hopefully smoother dinner times. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

My husband makes a beef stroganoff I love. I never thought about trying it out in the crockpot though! Maybe I'll give this recipe a try while he's deployed. 🙂
