BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken

Are you looking for a delicious and easy BBQ recipe? Then you need this BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken. This is a dump and cook recipe, so it is fast and amazing. The honey adds the perfect touch of sweet to the barbeque sauce.

BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken

You will need:

  • 9 chicken boneless, skinless thighs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1.5 cups of BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce (You could honestly leave this out without too much problem)
  • A dash of garlic salt and chili powder

Housewife Eclectic: BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken

Place your chicken in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken. Combine the other ingredients in a separate bowl and then stir into the slow cooker and coat the chicken.

Cook on Low for 4-6 hours, depending on how dry you like your chicken.

  • Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top of the chicken.
  • Combine the other ingredients in a separate bowl and then stir into the slow cooker and coat the chicken.
  • Cook on Low for 4-6 hours, depending on how dry you like your chicken.

This easy chicken makes a great addition to any BBQ. We love to eat it in the middle of the summer because it just feels so summery.

    YUM! My crock pot BBQ chicken is my favorite. I'm not big on honey BBQ, but I never thought to add the Worcestershire, chili and mustard. I'll have to give that a try. I love Famous Dave's BBQ sauce on mine!

    What a great recipe to have around when it gets hot and you don't want to cook in the summer heat…or year round for that matter. We get lots of rain in the winter and we tend to crave BBQ chicken!
