INGREDIENTS
1 lb. boneless New York strip steak
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup vinegar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 lime, juice and zest
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp sriracha
Corn tortillas
Coleslaw
1-2 radishes, halved and thinly sliced
1/4 bunch cilantro
PREPARATION
- Prepare a marinade for the meat by by whisking together the vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil and lime zest and juice. Pour the marinade over the steak in a large Ziplock bag and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and grill on a medium-hot grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
- Prepare the sauce by combining the mayo and hot sauce in a small bowl. Add more or less sriracha to achieve desired taste and heat.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the steak strips on warm corn tortillas. Top with coleslaw, sliced radishes and the sriracha mayo. Finish with cilantro.

These sound oh so good. I never heard of using fish seasoning to make a marinade for beef-I really have to try this one. I would have to go very easy on the heat–my tummy just can't tolerate it anymore sorrowfully enough.
