Gluten- Free Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 1 package gluten-free fettuccine noodles this is usually about 16 oz
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 stick butter salted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • parsley


  • Step 1: Cook your pasta until it is slightly firm. You don't want to cook it completely, it will cook more in the sauce.
  • Step 2: In a large pan, heat the garlic and heavy cream together over medium heat.
  • Step 3: Cube the butter and add to your pan. Whisk the sauce until the butter is completely melted.
  • Step 4: Mix in 3/4 of Parmesan cheese. Whisk until melted and creamy.
  • Step 5: Toss your drained noodles into the sauce.
  • Step 6: Simmer the noodles and sauce together for 5 minutes or until noodles are al dente.
  • Step 7: Serve with shredded parmesan and parsley on top!
