Gluten- Free Fettuccine Alfredo
The perfect fettuccine alfredo without the gluten!

- 1 package gluten-free fettuccine noodles this is usually about 16 oz
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 stick butter salted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
Step 1: Cook your pasta until it is slightly firm. You don't want to cook it completely, it will cook more in the sauce.
Step 2: In a large pan, heat the garlic and heavy cream together over medium heat.
Step 3: Cube the butter and add to your pan. Whisk the sauce until the butter is completely melted.
Step 4: Mix in 3/4 of Parmesan cheese. Whisk until melted and creamy.
Step 5: Toss your drained noodles into the sauce.
Step 6: Simmer the noodles and sauce together for 5 minutes or until noodles are al dente.
Step 7: Serve with shredded parmesan and parsley on top!
