Butterbeans Café Fluttercookies
These darling cookies inspired by Butterbeans are the softest sugar cookie you will ever eat!

- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 TBSP milk
Mix your butter and sugar. Beat until creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until blended.
Fold in the sour cream.
Mix together the dry ingredients together and add to your creamed mixture.
Refrigerate to firm up the dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured counter top.
Cut out with cookie cutters.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Cool and then decorate.
