Baby German Pancakes

These Baby German Pancakes are less than five minutes prep work with 15 minutes baking time! You can have breakfast on the table in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 C. of butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix everything together but the butter.
  • Mix until there are no lumps.
  • With the mixer going, slowly add the melted butter.
  • Grease a muffin tin well and fill each cup about half way full.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Pop out the pancakes and fill with your favorite topping.

Notes

This recipe makes between 18-24 baby pancakes.
