Ingredients

  • 1 cup Key Lime Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Bananas peeled, sliced and then frozen
  • 3/4 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ice
  • a graham cracker
  • light whipped cream omit this if you are going for super healthy

Instructions

  • Add the frozen slices of banana, almond milk, yogurt, a small handful of ice to your blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top it with light whipped cream and a graham cracker

when I am going for a really light treat I omit the whipped cream and graham cracker
