Rainbow Fruit and Veggie Trays

These Rainbow Fruit and Veggie trays are really easy to make, they just require a little cutting time and refrigeration until you are ready to serve.

Ingredients

Vegetable Tray:

  • Red– Cherry Tomatoes red peppers
  • Orange– Carrots squash, red peppers
  • Yellow– Yellow Peppers baby corn
  • Green– Broccoli and Cucumbers snap peas
  • Purple– Onions

Fruit Tray:

  • Red: Strawberries Raspberries, Pomegranate Seeds, Red Apples
  • Orange: Orange Slices
  • Yellow: Pineapple Yellow Apples
  • Green: Honey Dew Melon Green Apples
  • Blue- Blueberries
  • Purple- Grapes

Notes

My Tips: I like to use cherry or grape tomatoes instead of tomato slices so they don’t get mushy sitting on the tray. I also think baby carrots hold up better than the larger ones on a tray. To keep the green color of the cucumbers I only peel off some of the peel, leaving a every other one kind of pattern. Wash your veggies and then refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
