Ravioli Lasagna

Replace those long noodles with Ravioli and you have a delicious, cheesy, new take on an old favorite. One pan and an hour later, you have a masterpiece.

  • Frozen Cheese Ravioli About 1.5 lbs or a package and a half
  • 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Jars Bertolli Riserva Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • Aluminum Foil


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add a layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Thoroughly coating it.
  • Place a single layer of ravioli that is still frozen across the bottom. Three or four ravioli wide.
  • Add more sauce on top of the ravioli and then coat with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Add another layer of Ravioli, then more sauce and more mozzarella.
  • Add one more layer of Ravioli and then more sauce and the rest of the mozzarella.
  • Top with all of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the entire pan with a layer of foil and bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until everything is melty and bubbly.
