Chocolate Pecan Brownie Cake
This cake is delicious and creamy with the texture of a brownie. It has the perfect frosting/cake ratio with a fun crunch from the pecans.
- 1 Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 1 Bottle of Coke
- chocolate frosting
Mix together 1 package of cake mix and about 10 ounces of Coke.
A can or bottle has 12 ounces in it, so you are mixing most of the bottle but not quite all of it.
Grease a pan and add the cake batter to the pan.
Bake according to the box directions, but plan to check on it 5-10 minutes before it is supposed to be done.
In my experience this cake bakes faster than a normal cake mix.
Allow the cake to cool completely and then frost it with chocolate frosting.
Sprinkle pecans over the top and you have the easiest and most delicious brownie cake ever.
