  • A blender
  • half a banana
  • 1 tbs of peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop of Vega Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder


  • Slice your banana up into slices and then add everything to a blender, topping with the ice.
