Ingredients
1carrot grated
1medium onion sliced thin
1lbcooked spaghetti noodles
1teaspoonsesame oil
1/2head cabbage
2teaspoonoil
6Tablespoonssoy sauce
1Tablespoonsugar
Instructions
Stir fry vegetables in olive oil until they are tender.
Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar and add to the vegetables and drained noodles.
The secret to this dish is to stir everything together really well.
Notes
Serve with egg rolls, or fried rice. These noodles also reheat really well, so sometimes I will double the recipe and then heat the leftovers up for my kids the next day.
