I have a little confession to make. I LOVE St. Patrick's Day. Truly love. I make an entirely green dinner for my family and I have all sorts of gold chocolate coins all over the house for my little girl to find. I think St. Patrick's Day might tie the 4th of July for my favorite holiday. My husband just shakes his head and smiles. He is never sure what to make of my love for this day. It helps that St. Patrick's Day is the anniversary of our first date, but I had a green obsession long before that.
