5 Halloween Decorations from the Dollar Store

This post has been sponsored by Dollar Tree, all opinions are my own.

It is always a great time to pick up some new items at the Dollar Tree, but right now during the Dollar Tree Anniversary Celebration you can get some of your brand name favorites in larger sizes for still only $1. The same products you already buy will be up to 58% larger for the same price.

Shop in store and online from September 28, 2014 to October 11 for special Bonus Buys including 8-ct. Packs of Colorful Clothes Hangers, 5-ct. Packs of Oval Bins, Multi-purpose Baskets, 2-ct. Packs of Super Glue® and Bonus-sized Glass Vases, all perfect for creating new fantastic craft projects.

If you are looking to do a little fall cleaning, Dollar Tree will have Bonus Buys on several of their cleaning supplies including 40-oz. Bottles of L.A.’s Totally Awesome® Window Cleaner, 128-oz. Jugs of L.A.’s Totally Awesome® Ammonia,40-oz. Bottles of Mister Plumber Drain Opener,48-oz. Bottles of Pine Glo® Disinfectant Cleaner, 24-ct. Canisters of Good & Clean® Disinfectant Wipes, 25-ct. Packs of Wet Floor Wipes, 3-ct. Packs of Scrub Sponges. We love the wet floor wipes for being able to clean our floors easily and they work just as well as the expensive ones at other stores.

When you head into Dollar Tree to pick up your Bonus Buys, check out their Halloween selection too. Halloween is just around the corner and while it is one of my favorite holidays to decorate for, it is not one I plan a big decorating budget for because I have found I can use Dollar Tree as a starting point for some pretty fabulous Halloween decorations, especially right now during the Dollar Tree Anniversary Celebration! Here are some of my favorite Halloween projects I have created using almost entirely things purchased at Dollar Tree.

A Halloween Village

Dollar Tree has started carrying spooky village items. I am so excited to add some of the cute little figures to my village this year.

A Candy Pumpkin

This candy pumpkin is perfect for wall hanging and it holds all of the little treats in your house. I had one that was similar when I was a kid, my mom used to call it the good pumpkin, because when you were caught being good, you got to pick a treat. I made this one using a pumpkin cut out found at Dollar Tree and some black felt. This year I am going to fill mine with the bags of Smarties candy that are included in the Bonus Buys!

Halloween Mantel

Would you believe that almost everything on this mantel came from Dollar Tree? The small ceramic pumpkins and spider webs in the window, really complete the look.

Pumpkin Flower Arrangement

I really love how this pumpkin flower arrangement turned out. A carvable  pumpkin and leaves came together quickly to create this fun piece.

Silly Pumpkins

Are you over carving pumpkins as much as I am? These carvable pumpkins are easily transformed with the pumpkin head pieces available at Dollar Tree. My daughter LOVED creating them and no messy guts!
