Free Goal Printables- To Help You Achieve Your Resolutions

January 4, 2016 by Wifeeclectic 26 Comments

I am big on New Year Resolutions. I love the idea of starting fresh. A clean slate always motivates me to try to meet new goals. I love setting them for each aspect of my life I usually set a reading goal, a health related goal, a few for work and a new skill I would like to develop. I have become pretty good at sticking to my resolutions and I have found that these two trackers are the best help. You can download both for free at the bottom of this post.

The monthly tracker lets you track all of your small goals in one place, marking off each day as you complete it. I love tracking water consumption and other goals using this tracker. I usually set a goal to fill the tracker up completely and then I will give myself a reward of some kind. It is pretty effective!

This is the tracker I like to use for bigger goals. Goals that have a lot of steps to complete. I write the goal at the top with specific details of what I need to do to complete this goal. Then each week I fill in a list of what specific smaller goals I need to accomplish to make the bigger. I have always found it helps to break down everything into smaller goals!

Download these two printables to help with your resolutions below.

This is a great way to keep track of my goals for this year! You should make one that tracks rewards for goals met, too! πŸ˜€
