Remove pages of Harry Potter at the binding.

Cut strips of text about two lines wide.

Roll the paper strips around the pencil and slide the strip off the end.

Stick the paper roll into the top of the ornament and then shake the ornament and little bit to get it to open slightly.

Repeat until the ornament is full of paper rolls.
