Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
In a large mixing bowl, beat milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together with a hand mixer it becomes frothy.
A little at a time, add the flour mix from the medium bowl into your frothy egg mixture and lightly mix to combine, creating a smooth batter.
Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag with a circle tip.
Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
Using the pastry bag, pipe a strand of batter directly into the oil. You can fit about 3-5 fries at a time.
Fry the batter for about a minute (until it turns a light brown), then flip and fry for another minute.
Move the completed funnel cake fries to a paper-towel-lined plate to allow to slightly cool.
Top the fries with whipped cream and Fruity Pebbles.
