Remove pages of Harry Potter at the binding.

Cut strips of text about two lines wide, any wider than that and they don't stick to the ornament as well.

Use a foam brush to brush Mod Podge on the back of each strip of text wrap the strip around the ornament and repeat over and over again until the entire ornament is covered in paper strips.

Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge on top of the entire ornament.

Shake a small amount of glitter on the ornament while the Mod Podge is still wet.

Allow the ornament to dry completely and then add a ornament hanger and add to your tree!
