Remove the beginning chapter pages of Harry Potter at the binding.

Cut the around the illustration, you can leave the chapter title or trim it off.

Add a thin layer of Mod Podge to the front of the ornament, place the picture on the front of the ornament, smooth the photo and then add a thin layer of Mod Podge on top of the picture.

You can make the ornament double sided by repeating the process on the other side of the ornament.
