Pistachio Mousse

These pistachio mousse cups are easy to make and they come together in about 10 minutes. I love that they don’t take advanced planning and they are absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Pistachio instant pudding mix
  • Chocolate Cups

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients except the chocolate cups until fluffy.
  • Add the mousse to a piping bag with a large star tip.
  • Pipe the mousse into chocolate cups.
  • You can serve immediately or refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
