Strawberry Ice Cream Sauce

This strawberry ice cream sundae sauce is incredibly easy to make and the perfect topping to not only ice cream but other fun treats too.

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Strawberries washed and sliced
  • 1/2 C. Water
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 1 T. Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Put everything in a saucepan and stir until well combined.
  • Let the mixture boil over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring every so often.
  • Put the mixture in an airtight container in the fridge where it will keep for just over a week.
