This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Huggies, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HuggiesatKroger http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
You will need:
- diapers (this Huggies package of Size 4 diapers made 4 roses)
- elastics and rubberbands
- green tulle
- tulle in a color that matches your baby shower
Open up the first diaper. Take one side and roll it. Secure it with clear elastics. It will look like the image above with half the diaper rolled and the other half still flat.
Take the flat half of the diaper and wrap it around the rolled half. This will give you the center of your roses that still has a flat base.
Wrap a second diaper around your center and secure with elastics.
Next add a layer of three diapers with the bottoms up towards the top of the middle of your rose. Secure with elastics.
Fold the outside three diapers in half up towards the top and secure with elastics. Now you have a diaper rose. You can add a layer of four diapers around your outer layer if you want but it isn’t necessary.
How do you decorate with diapers for baby showers?
What a cute idea. I love this and will totally make one the next time one of my sisters in law has a baby.
Ok… this is so clever! I am totally cracking up thinking of myself trying to create this! I picture diapers all over the floor…ripped up… in knots! haha… Great idea and love the creativity!

SO in love with this for baby showers. At the point in our lives where baby showers are often! These are sure to be a success at the party!
Great twist on a diaper cake. SO much more feminine too. Perfect for spring baby showers.
Now SOMEONE around here needs to become pregnant because this is the most adorable thing. (I call NOT IT!)
I have a friend who makes these for sale. She's rather quite good at them. I won't even bother trying because I just know that I'll be a hot mess. You did a fantastic job and this way they get a good quality diaper in a fashionable presentation.
I've never thought diaper can be squeezed like that. Wow.this is very clever idea! It'd make a lovely gift for baby shower.
What a clever and fun idea. I can see a big diaper rose bouquet as the perfect decoration for a spring baby shower.
I absolutely love this idea. So simple and so much fun. I have to try this next time a girlfriend is having a baby.
These are SO cute! Perfect for a baby shower gift, or baby shower decor! I need to remember the next time I have a baby shower to go to!
These are actually so adorable. Would never think todo this – a different but very good idea 🙂 thanks for sharing for the future with my girl friends!
These are such a cute and creative idea! I've never been able to tackle a diaper cake but you made this look easy!
What a creative idea! These are adorable! My sister-in-law made me a diaper cake when I had my oldest, but I think any gift that includes diapers is a plus!
These are so cute !! Definitely something I will be doing a lot especially for baby showers perfect
What a fabulous idea for a baby gift or shower. I know several ladies who are pregnant and I will definitely keep this in mind.
Those are super fun. I used to make Diaper Cakes for showers, so I think this is really cute and a clever idea.

I like this idea a lot – and it's cuter than the diaper cake. I totally agree, if you're going to buy diapers to make something like this, it's smart to get a nice quality one so the mom to be can use them.
Omg how cute are these diaper roses?!?! So making these the next time I go to a baby shower!
These are super cute! I have never seen this idea but it's a great idea.
Love this idea! My good friend is expecting a baby this summer so this would be a great gift idea for her. Visiting from Dream to Reality party.
Those are adorable!! What a fun gift for friends! 🙂 Thank you for sharing with us at the #HomeMattersParty
Super cute idea! I'm sure it makes for a great gift. Thanks so much for sharing your idea with us at Merry Monday.
Oh what a cute idea! I'm all for gifts that are cute and practical. I can't tell you how many cute outfits I got at my baby shower, but most didn't get used because my son outgrew them so quickly. What I really needed were a couple of dozen baskets of these cuties!! 🙂
