I’m Crazy for Yo-Yo Valentine with Free Printable

February 10, 2017 by Wifeeclectic 23 Comments

Can you believe that Valentine’s Day is next week?! We are preparing for our family dinner, my daughter’s class party and of course her Valentine’s for her class. These cute darling Yo-Yo valentines are going to be the hit of the party!

For this Valentine you will need:

  • the printable found at the end of this post
  • Valentine Yo-Yos (we used ones provided by Oriental Trading)
  • scissors
  • bakers twine
  • a single hole punch

Print out the printable at the end of the post on cardstock to give it stability. Cut out each of the valentines, there are six to a page. Have your child address them to each child in their class. After the cards are all addressed, you are ready to attach the yo-yos.

Punch a hole in the corner of each of the cards. Cut a small amount of bakers twine, slide the twine through the loop on the yo-yo and the hole in the card. Tie it into a bow.

The kids are going to have a blast playing with their little yo-yos!

That's really cute! I love it when you can print out your Valentine's Day cards and not have to run to the store and buy them. That's the way to do Valentine's for me from now on.
