This meal is a quick fix meal that combines some of my family’s favorite things. My kids are always begging to eat ramen for dinner and my husband always refuses, so I came up with this. Kid friendly meets adult friendly in this dish.
You will need:
- A package of frozen stir fry
- A couple of packages of beef ramen
- 1/2 cup water
- a package of thin beef strips
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
Add the vegetable oil to a dip pan or wok. When the oil is hot add the beef and stir fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the vegetables and a half cup of water. Stir fry the veggies for 5 minutes, add the sauce of your choice and then cover and steam for five more minutes.
Cook packages of ramen to normal specifications. Drain the noodles. Serve the dish with a plate of ramen topped with the meat and vegetable stir fry.
This is such a simple meal, but it is easily a family favorite. Delicious flavors that everyone loves.

I am going to try this! We just inherited a bunch of [really old] beef ramen from my mom. And we don't eat it plain, so I'll give this a try.
