You will need:
Orange bubble frame
dowels or skewers and clothespins
green ribbon
liquid starch
wooden beads
brown paint
orange scrapbook paper
hot glue
The very first thing I did was make my vines, I wrapped green ribbon tightly around a bamboo skewer and then held it in place with a clothespin. I made two of these, to have plenty of vine.
Lay the skewers on a cookie sheet and spritz with liquid starch, I usually do three parts water to one part starch. Bake in a 350 degree oven for a half an hour, this will ensure that the vines retain the curl.
While the vines are cooking, paint three beads brown and hot glue them to each of the bubbles in your frame.
When the skewers are cool unwrap you curly vines.
Hot glue them to the beads around the top of your frame.
You can either fill all three slots with pictures or you can do what I did and add scrapbook paper to two of the slots. It was easier to cut the scrapbook paper as one piece that I measure from the backing of the frame. Then I just slipped my picture in the middle bubble in front of the scrapbook paper.
Volia, a easy, personal Halloween decoration.
