Greek Yogurt Popsicles
Summer break is just a couple of weeks away and we are so ready! Pull out the bathing suits and Popsicle molds because I can’t wait. My kids eat a lot of Popsicles in the summer and so I try to make sure that they are getting good food in those Popsicle. We love making pops out of juice, yogurt or fresh fruit. These yogurt pops are so easy to make and absolutely delicious. They always want two!
You will need:
- 1 Container of Strawberry Greek Yogurt
- 1 Container of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 lb of strawberries, washed and hulled
- freezie pop mold, we got this one courtesy of Num Nom
You can make this recipe with either vanilla or strawberry Greek yogurt, but I have found mixing them together really gives a nice flavor.
Throw the strawberries in your blender and pulse them until they are in small bits.
Mix the strawberries and the yogurt together until well blended.
Add the yogurt blend to your Popsicle molds. We used this Num Nom’s Freezie Pop Maker and it is so cute! It makes the Popsicle into little tiny creatures. My daughter are obsessed with it and already asking for another match of freezie pops.
What flavor of Popsicles do you make in the summer?
