4 or 5 chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 cups of mozzarella cheese
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Place thawed chicken in a greased glass baking dish. Spread the soup over the chicken. Sprinkle cheese and then bread crumbs over the dish. Pour the butter, melted, on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. We eat this with rice. Super, super easy!
