If you want a little slice of Heaven on Earth, this is it. It has just the perfect combination of creaminess and toffee. I have to wait to make until I know other people are going to be around to help me eat it, or I know I will eat the entire think myself. My favorite thing to eat it with is Granny Smith apples, the tart apples pair perfectly with the sweet of this Heath Candy Bar Dip.

How have I never commented here? I am so glad you blogged this, because I consult it every time I make this because I can't ever remember the proper sugar:cream cheese ratio.

PS — I have some at my house so you should come soon. BYOS (bring your own strawberries)

I doubled this recipe and sliced 6 Granny Smith apples and used a small cookie scoop to put into 40 individual small clear containers. I sprinkled more ground Heath bar on top and 3 slices of apple that I tossed in lemon juice to keep fresh. Then I placed a small appetizer fork in each one for a wedding shower and it was a huge success! Thanks for the idea !
