Bacon Cheese Ball
This delicious bacon cheese ball is one of my favorites and on my must have list for this year’s big game. The best part? It is super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 2- 8 Oz packages of cream cheese semi-softened
- 8 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, bacon, cheese and onion using your kitchen aid until it is well incorporated.
- Form the cream cheese into a ball.
- Spread the pecans out onto a plate and then roll the cream cheese ball in the pecans until completely covered.
- Place the cheese ball and on a plate and cover until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers and anything else you like to dip in a cheese ball.
Notes
If combining the ingredients my hand, you might want to make sure the cream cheese is completely softened and then refrigerate the mixture covered for a couple of hours before forming it into a ball.
