Bunny PUdding Pies

This little bunny pies are a favorite Easter dessert and they get major bonus points for being so simple to make! No baking required.

Ingredients

  • Small Pie Crusts
  • Vanilla Pudding
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Large Marshmallows
  • Pink Sprinkles
  • Pink Sixlets
  • Wilton Black Sparkle Gel

Instructions

  • Fill your pie crusts with the vanilla pudding and top with a small handful of shredded coconut to make the bunny “furry.”
  • Cut the marshmallows in half on a diagonal to form the ear. Dip the now stick part into pink sprinkles to make the ears. Nestle them into the top of the pudding.
  • Add two chocolate chips upside down for eyes and a pink sixlet for the nose.
  • Use the gel to add whiskers to each side of the nose and you have a darling little bunny that is almost too cute to eat!
