Melt the butter. Mix the butter with the cocoa and sugar.
Add the eggs slowly, making sure to mix each one in.
Then add the flour and mix well again.
Pour batter into a 9×13 greased pan.
Bake at 350 for about 22-25 minutes.
Next comes the creamy frosting.
Mix together the powdered sugar and softened butter.
Add the milk while mixing.
Add the extract and enough food coloring to get your desired color.
Spread on your cooked brownies and refrigerate until set.
Last another layer of chocolate for good measure.
Melt the chocolate chips and the butter together in the microwave for thirty seconds.
Stir well.
Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.
Repeat until the chocolate and butter are melted and well combined.
Pour over frosting and coat the pan with it.
Refrigerated until the chocolate is set.
