In each glass put a handful of ice cubes, then add a cup and a half of club soda and 6-7 TBSP of flavor syrup. My girls like the strawberry syrup best, but for some reason raspberry is the easiest to find.

I like to  mix the syrup and then add 3 TBS of Half and Half to the picture. Do not mix this in. It will settle in all by itself.

Finish the glass with some whipped cream and a cherry and you have the perfect treat for Valentine's Day or any day!
