Pineapple Flowers
Add some fun to your summer table with these Pineapple Flowers, they are perfect for a party or even to just get your kids to eat their fruit!
Ingredients
- pineapple
- cantaloupe
- blueberries
- grapes
- kiwi
- bamboo skewers
- toothpicks
- a flower cookie cutter
- melon baller
- knife
Instructions
- Prepare your pineapple by cutting off the crown and slicing off the outside.
- Slice the pineapple into rounds.
- Using the cookie cutter, make flowers out of the rounds of pineapple.
- Create the center of your flowers. You can do this with a melon baller and some cantaloupe or with a grape! Use a toothpick to attach the center of your flower to the pineapple.
- If you want, you can add bamboo skewers as stems. We love to add bamboo skewers and then fill them with fresh strawberries, melon and other fruit.
