Simple Beef Sukiyaki

Authentic homemade Sukiyaki recipe that is so delicious. Recipe brought back from college years in Japan.

Ingredients

  • 2 LB. Beef. sliced into strips
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 package mushrooms sliced
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 TBSP. oil
  • 3/4 C. Beef Broth
  • 1 TBSP. sugar
  • 1/2 C. soy sauce
  • Raw eggs

Instructions

  • Slice celery at an angle into thin slices and set aside.
  • Julienne the onion.
  • Add oil to a hot pan, fry the veggies and remove the pan.
  • Fry beef and then add veggies and the remaining ingredients.
  • Simmer 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
  • Serve over rice.
