Simple Beef Sukiyaki
Authentic homemade Sukiyaki recipe that is so delicious. Recipe brought back from college years in Japan.

- 2 LB. Beef. sliced into strips
- 1 large onion
- 1 package mushrooms sliced
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 TBSP. oil
- 3/4 C. Beef Broth
- 1 TBSP. sugar
- 1/2 C. soy sauce
- Raw eggs
Slice celery at an angle into thin slices and set aside.
Julienne the onion.
Add oil to a hot pan, fry the veggies and remove the pan.
Fry beef and then add veggies and the remaining ingredients.
Simmer 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
Serve over rice.
