Thai Influenced Steak Tacos

- 1 lb. boneless New York strip steak
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 1/4 Cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- Corn tortillas
- Coleslaw
- 1-2 radishes halved and thinly sliced
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
Prepare a marinade for the meat by by whisking together the vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil and lime zest and juice.
Pour the marinade over the steak in a large Ziplock bag and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
Remove the steak from the marinade and grill on a medium-hot grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
Prepare the sauce by combining the mayo and hot sauce in a small bowl. Add more or less sriracha to achieve desired taste and heat.
Assemble the tacos by placing the steak strips on warm corn tortillas.
Top with coleslaw, sliced radishes and the sriracha mayo. Finish with cilantro.
