Triple Berry Smoothie

A delicious breakfast smoothie filled with fresh fruit and less calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 carton of strawberries sliced and hulled
  • 1/2 low fat milk
  • 1 package French Vanilla Carnation Breakfast Essentials®
  • 1 container triple berry Greek Yogurt
  • 1 container strawberry cheesecake Greek Yogurt
  • Ice
  • Frozen berries if desired

Instructions

  • Mix the two containers of yogurt together until well blended.
  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender and then blend until smooth.
