Two Mango Salsas
These two different styles of Mango Salsa are full of flavor, and go perfectly on tacos as well as with some chips and salsa.

Ingredients
Mango Salsa – Pico de Gallo Style

Smooth Mango Salsa

mangos
peeled and chopped

honey

limes
juiced

Tbsp
apple cider vinegar

tsp
red pepper flakes
½
tsp
cumin

cloves
garlic

green onions
chopped
Instructions
Mango Salsa Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
The end results should look like a brightly colored pico de gallo, with large chunks.
Smooth Mango Salsa Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend on high for a couple minutes until it takes on a salsa-like consistency.
There shouldn’t be any large chunks, but it also shouldn’t turn into a sauce.
Notes
Serve on tacos, with chips or anything else that suits your fancy!
