Step 1: Cut a long strip of felt. These pieces are 7.5 inches by 2.5 inches! Or place your felt on your Cricut Mat and use the SVG at the end of this post and your Cricut will cut it the correct size for you.

Step 2:  Cut long vertical lines through the middle of your strip. Do NOT cut all the way through. If you use a Cricut and the SVG, if will do this for you.

Step 3: Fold your strip in half with the loops at the top and glue.

Step 4: Roll up your flower, gluing the bottom edge as you go.
